Advanced Winter Camp 2018

Pells Keeper School (PKs) is a great way for the serious goalkeeper to sharpen their goalkeeping skills during the off season. PKs staff provides a formal introduction to tactical positioning and shot stopping techniques to improve the keeper’s knowledge of the position.

PKs provides 12 hours of structured training that will develop the keepers confidence in their goalkeeping abilities as well as the tools necessary to improve each day.

PKs challenges the keepers to come prepared for a demanding program that is designed to help each keeper access the hidden qualities in them that make each keep- er unique and special.

PKs staff consist of the current Maryland goalkeepers and other qualified and former college goalkeepers and current coaches that know the type of training I demand. I take a hands-on approach in the training of the keepers to insure they are receiving a quality learning experience that can help improve their game performance.

Space is limited, each session will have a maximum of a 7:1 player to coach ratio so that each keeper gets the attention that is needed to master the curriculum. Groups are based on skill level.

for 4th graders-8th graders

This is my 12th year doing this camp, and each year it sells out at 30 kids. Groups will be no more than 6-7 in a group with 1-2 coaches per group. I have college players from: University of Maryland, Towson, UMBC, East Carolina, and Virginia Commonwealth that come back to work my camps, in addition to my elite HS goalkeepers that love to help out and get volunteer hours in! Everyone who attends Pells Keeper School knows it is about relationships and forming a special bond between player and coach. It is a tough 12 hours of training, but each year the kids come back for more.

Be a part of something special. Be apart of greatness.
